AFAIK you can use the vehicle. Just bring a photocopy of the OR/CR and Certificate of Non Issuance of Plate.

ano na bagong series ng plates kayo? Ubos na yung N and ubos na din ata yung P. i wonder kung ano na bago ngayon? Sana 4 digit naman.

ako kakukuha ko kahapon bro nsa PO... series na. Feb 2011 ako naglabas ng auto almost 2 months akong nag-antay kaya lang wala pa sticker ko kaya hindi ko nilagay plaka ko.pag naubos na "P" ano na kaya sunod?

I'll be getting my plates this coming Monday, but same as you, they don't have the sticker available yet. I'd prefer to mount them on the car already, but I'm also concerned about the lack of the sticker. Do people think it's advisable to do so? Particularly since I will have the OR/CR handy, to show that it is registered already.

OT: kapag galing ba sa mandatory 3yrs LTO reg, say 2008-2010 (eto nakalagay sa sticker sa plaka)... pagdating ng 2011, stickers lang ang babayaran mo? thanks

ire-register mo yung vehicle. and yes stickers na lang ang babayaran mo plus the copy of the new OR. hth.
