Neighbor keeps parking on driveway

I also have a problem on parking slots on our street

Nag enjoy ako kakabasa ang daming matapang dito palibhasa wala sila sa situation ni TS.

My friend also hae the same problem so I got curious.

Yung sa friend ko naman, matigas sin ulo ng kapit bahay. Pag bukas ng gate papalabas so hirapan na pumasok, his long term solution is to change their gate na lang to a sliding gate. Parang ganito.

Or to a folding gate kung hindi pwede sliding.

Hirap may kaaway ngayon. So far wala na syang problema kahit may mag park sa driveway nya.

hey, that's nice! but only if we have a wide frontage.
and you really don't need a motor. just a little elbow grease, and real grease on the wheels, runners and rails.
or, try an accordion-type folding gate.
