National ID daw can be used for sim registration act. Sa tagal ng pag release ng national ID, malamang maraming mga walang government ID ang mawawalan ng cellphone number.

Kung postpaid ka naman, I guess di issue kung walang national ID since registered naman talaga sa telco yung SIM mo. Hehe

Hindi pa ako nag-a-apply.. Hehehe
Bukod sa nakakatamad parang hindi pa naman required kung ok pa naman SSS ID, DL, Passport, Voter's ID.. nag-expect na ako ng delays..

Kaya they should release a digital copy na para ma print na ng masa while waiting for the card.

Hassle yan. I was 3 years older in my old license no thanks to my genius dad. But na ayos na rin.
