Not "defending" Sec. Villar pero the epal tarps did not came from the DPWH but from the overzealous contractor [DAAW].

Contractor immediately removed these when called to upon by the DPWH.

On the NAIAEx:

- Concern ko dito ay yung Cavitex ramps - mashadong "tight" yung sa merging lane towards Macapagal, ingat at feeling ko accident magnet to.

This is how NAIA Expressway (phase2b) looks like at night. The led lights were well illuminated. The parapet lighting added beauty to this elevated toll road. Opened last December 21, 2016 around 6AM.

All that is left was the connector of phase 1 and phase 2 and cavitex ramps which is scheduled to be opened around January or early February of 2017.

Made it in 20 minutes from BGC to T2 via NAIAX. Galing talaga ni my pres!
