does your family earn from building this project?

i have nothing against infra project but to say this statement is like Tito Sotto speaking against RH bill.

more roads does not necessarily mean less traffic especially if these roads converge to a one specific area which is the airport.

    Simple lang ang logic nyan.

100 cars will leave the airport at the same time and use only one road, there are 100 cars on that road.
100 cars will leave the airport at the same time and use two roads, there are 50 cars on each road.
100 cars will leave the airport at the same time and use four roads, there are 25 cars on each road.

Meaning, 100 cars using the four roads at the same time can leave the airport faster by 4 times, in effect the volume at the airport will be reduce 4 times faster so the incoming traffic from the opposite direction will then be faster by the same factor.

Kung si Tito Sotto ang magplano dyan, ewan na lang.

The bidding for the proposed P13.575-billion Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) expressway project may be pushed back to December or early January next year to give interested parties more time to finalize their bids

Late ko na nabasa ito pero kelangan ko talaga mag-reply hahaha.

100 cars on 4 roads means 25 cars per road. Tama ka. Pero kung iisa lang naman ang destination i.e. airport, we still have a bottle neck.
Bottomline, there are still 100 vehicles going to the airport. Reduce the vehicle volume to reduce traffic congestion.

Have you seen much bigger airports like Hong Kong International?

Aquino said an Australian company, Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Asset, is interested to bid for the NAIA Expressway project. He said the company has also partnered with the Government Service Insurance System to establish a $600-million infrastructure fund for the Philippines.

i think the primary reason for this NAIA Expressway is for easy and faster access to/from the Airport terminal to/from the Pagcor City. With the proposed Hotels, Casinos and Entertainment Complex to be built in Pagcor City catering to mostly tourists, they need to construct an Expressway to accommodate the influx of tourists. This project is far better proposal than the existing road networks to/from the terminals to roxas blvd. But if they can build a monorail system from the terminals to/from the PAGCOR City, then this is much better because this will reduce the need for cars/vans/buses travelling tourists to/from the airport to the PAgcor City.
