Kung Traffic enforcer ng city, sa municipio ka nila magbabayad. kung MMDA nakahuli, sa main office in Guadalupe or bank. The violation fee depend on the degree of violation, it ain't fix.

Nabigyan na rin ako ng warning for beating the red light, nadaan naman sa pakiusap ng hindi naglalagay pero the warning was written sa likod ng OR ng DL ko (ung pinakaresibo ng renewal ng license). He did not ask me to sign anything on any piece of paper, naglagay lang sya ng note sa likod nung OR. This happened last July 2012, sa 2014 pa renew ng license ko.. Im pretty sure he did not get some details cause he hadn't taken notes from my DL during our discussion.

kung may mission order sila. kung wala at wala silang panticket or kasamang authorized magticket, hindi sila pede manghuli.

what could happen if an LGU traffic enforcer (not MMDA) ticketed you but didn't get your license? Say, for example, napakiusapan pero nasulat na sa ticket ang license details? Can a traffic enforcer cancel the ticket? As in not turn it in?

Kung mmda yan, you just fell for their trap like i did 4 years ago. Same MO warning na lang daw. When i renewed my license, lo and behold! May record ako sa LTO and i have to clear my name sa MMDA head office. I had to fall inline at 5am on my birthday just to get my clearance. I got cleared at 3pm. I even filed a complaint angainst the enforcer

CVT is right, renew your license at least a month or 2 weeks prior to its expiration para kung sakali may problema ka, you will have time and you won't incur late penalties sa LTO.

*threadstarter, don't worry, whatever violation that is, it has a corresponding fine, which is easy to pay. If you have a problem with the violation alleged to you, you may contest it. So, no worries.
