daming ganyan sa Roxas Blvd at Coastal Road.. highway na nga yun.. tawiran pa rin nang tawiran aba!

tsaka yung ibang tumatawid sa pedestrian crossing.. kahit naka green yung mga sasakyan.. alam naman nilang STOP dapat sila.. tapos pagpipilitan pa ring tumawid.. hay pinoy talaga..

kahapon lang papasok ng mcarthur highway from the monumento circle, this idiot crosses infront of me (pa-diagonal pa ang tawid nya coming from the bonifacio monument). i flashed my lights and gently tapped my horn. aba, binagalan pa lalo. so i gave him a blast of my nautilus. huminto ba naman at akmang lalapit sa driver side window ko at mukhang galit. eh nakita ko na palapit yung isang mmda. ang ginawa ko, i rolled down my window sabay turo dun sa big pink billboard that says, WALANG TAWIRAN, NAKAMAMATAY na saktong nakatapat sa amin. tameme ang loko. bahala na sila magusap nung mmda.

talagang nakakainis yung mga jaywalkers na yan...
buti na lang may rule na ganito. hirap din kasi basta mabanga mo isang tao kahit wala sa ayos... kaw pa rin mananagot.

Although matagal na ang thread na ito. I hope all law enforcement agencies follow the opinion of Bayani Fernando. Coz it would be unfair for prudent motorists who are driving within the legal limits and have exercised the degree of care and pre-caution necessary in driving. Then suddenly an incompetent pig without even bothering to analyze the case would right then and there file a case of "reckless" imprudence resulting to whatever. Reckless???

Below is an interesting case decided by the Supreme Court after 16 years about imprudence. Hirap talaga magkaroon ng kaso kaya ingat talaga tayo:

Kailangan i parusahan din mga hindi nag memenor sa mga pedestrian lane, at yun humaharang sa pedestrian lane. Pero ang pinaka importante sa akin tangalan ng lisensia mga hindi marunong mag drive. At durugin lahat ng sasakyan na walang ilaw. At mandatory suspension ng drivers license for 2 years lahat ng at fault sa mga accident.

At dapat mandatory 2 to 5 years jail sentence ang drunk driving.

yes I was a victim of a jay walker and my family is sacrificing financially on the said accident. I need to know some of the laws updates on vehicular accident involving unruly pedestrians. I was driving 25 k/hr on a busy road and when a 12 year old kid suddenly jumps to cross the street, I exactly hit him on the left side of the my wind shield, brought to the hospital and spend almost all my savings for his medications.
