Kahit Meron pa school before giving out license pag labas sa kalsada walang hiya pa rin mga riders.

    Same with car drivers.

Better accept it as norm. Ang problema talaga mga filipino.

Most MCs don't even have lights kahit gabi mga naghahanap talaga ng kamatayan. Yung iba mukha naman mabago bago, ano yun pundi agad? At nagkataon halos lahat pundi?

    Extremes diba.

many MC users are not as moneyed compared to car users. to them, replacing a bulb costs money they would rather use for something else (like alcohol, cigarettes, lotto, etc. heh heh).
dahil MC nga sila, barumbado mag-drive yung iba. natatagtag ang bumbilya.
MCs use 6 volts. some MCs' headlights are not efficient. the rider probably does not see much of a difference between headlight on and headlight off, in illuminating his front. so when the bulb goes pufft, why replace it? they do not consider the fact that headlights serve two functions. the more obvious (to him) is to light his way. the less obvious, but equally or even more important, is to warn the other motorists of his presence. one person in office said, "ang motorsiklista, para lang yang posporo. isang patpat na mapayat na may pulang ulo". making the MC more visible thru effective lighting, is a must, if rider is to drive the next day.

What you're seeing is human nature. Yan talaga mangyayari kung walang enforcement. If you look at bad drivers from more progressive countries, may ganun din silang tendencies.

Motorsiklo man o Kotse..

Driving here was not as hell as it was before they became a part of our driving society...
