I have always nursed a pet theory na biglang
gaganda ang trapiko dito kung hihigpitan lang
    ang pag-issue ng Driver's License.
As it is now, kahit mangmang at no-read-no-write
ay puedeng makakuha ng driver's license.
Dapat parang sa Hong Kong o kaya sa US na
rigid ang screening bago ma-issuehan ng driver's
license. That way, yung mga ignorante ay never
    makakahawak ng motor vehicle.

One way to beat traffic cameras is to use polarized license plate covers.

A cheaper alternative is to use dark tinted license plate covers... not 100% effective but would work pretty well as long as its not sunny.

well based naman dun sa unang post eh main target nila dyan sa project na yan ang mga buses and other public utility vehicles na sobrang laki talaga ng epekto sa traffic...and minor prob nila yng mga private....
for me ok na din yan for the mean time atleast may ginagawa...like nung dati nag drive ako sa edsa eh (more than a year ago) ...yung north ave station 3 lanes sakop lang ng mga buses...
mga public vehicles naman kasi ang pinakamaliking contributor sa traffic eh...so siguro if maayos na nila yan...saka sila concentrate sa mga private....
