    Dapat ganito yung rules...

    Those who doesn't drive a car cannot make rules & policies for those people have actually own and drives their own cars.

    Actually, this applies to our entire transport infrastructure.

    It's pretty obvious the engineers building the sidewalks and pedestrian overpasses around the city don't understand what it feels like to walk up and down three floors' worth of stairs at every inttersection, or nearly ten floors' worth on some portions of EDSA. They don't see a problem with anti-jaywalking fences and utility poles stuck in the middle of the sidewalk that leave less than two feet of sidewalk to pass through. They don't know what it's like to drive on a road with marked lanes so narrow a tricycle barely fits... surrounded by trucks and buses.

    What's really lacking with metro infrastructure and road laws is end-user consultation. Which would help come up with fair and, more importantly, safe measures for reducing traffic.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    impound na lang kaya nila ang mga colorum buses and jeepneys.. yan, sigurado akong mababawasan ang pollution.
    and after three impoundations, confiscate na at gawing tansan!
