Or mas madali ba kung magpakasal na lang muna sila (they're in Canada), then pag uwi dito sa December, magpakasal sa simbahan, pag ganon ba kailangan pa din nang Marriage License?

actually, yung sister ko got married muna sa States sa civil rights, and went here last may, and got married sa church.

hindi na sila hiningian ng marriage license.

this is your option as you've stated above.

so malamang yan na lang gawin nila at matagal na naman silang nag live in.. mga 7 years na..
my marriage is under article 34. cohabitation for more than 5 years. although hindi naman totoo, biglaan lang kasi buntis na si wifey, 6 months .

i got married january of this year. i just gave them a certificate from a family planning instructor (that i'd attended a seminar) plus all the necessary documents (cenomar, birth) and after two weeks we had the ceremony. what's with the church seminar? i didn't have to attend anything like that.
