Yung Metro Parking na 180, sa may San Agustin corner (forgot) yung street ng Citi Bank hahaha.

Yung nasa harapan ko sa street parking naka wheel-clamp (as of 8pm).

What to do if ganun? parang walang enforced nearby.

May natotow/wheel-clamp pa ba ng night time?

Pang gabi kase ako, kala ko pwede mag park along Valero pag gabi na.

Dami din kase naka park.

Baka naman nandun na siya before mo pa nakita. Usually mga lagpas 3 hours yung naka-clamp. At minsan may mga kalsada na bawal pumarada ng 7-9am/5pm-7pm. One example is HV Dela Costa.

Usually may papel na ididikit sa bintana mo kung san ka pupunta para mag bayad.

Baka nga kanina pa yun. Nakaka-kaba kase.

Wala ako makitang murang overnight parking for peace of mind sana. Yung sa RCBC 75 pero for tenants lang pala kase.

Automatic kase yung oto ko, nakaka-awa kapag na tow, wasak transmission saka brakes.

Hanap ka ng "Best and Safe Parking". 24 hours yang mga yan, not sure about the price.

Do you guys have an office here in VCC? I have my own slot there sa 3rd floor, tenant parking, P3.5k/month binabayad ng company namin para dun. Ang gaganda ng mga kotse na katabi ko dun, including my boss' Jaguar XJ sedan. Parang car show. Mga latest model ng BMW, Audi and Benzes, sports cars like Aston Martin and Porsches.

My tip sa Makati CBD parking is to find a condo owner that rents our his slot. May condo unit ako sa Dela Rosa, just a stone throw away from Greenbelt, I have mine rented for only 2k/month. Kaso, my tenant pays for the whole year in advance na but for sure marami pa kayong mahahanap na ganyan.

Pag coding tryko nga sa may corinthian pag dating ng 5 labas ko sa street parking, sakto yung labas pwede dun, wag lang umabot ng rada dami nahahatak dun

Nope... dyan lang ako naka park para malapit sa office.

The 3.5k rate is the one that they offer for tenants... yung nag inquire ako last year even before the price hike, ang rate nila is 4.7k monthly.

I'm not sure though if the 4.7k is still the prevailing price for the monthly parking rate ngayon

^ i think sientobente owns a parkig slot sa condo nya kaya napaparent nya ng cheaper.

Yung sa officemate ko ganyan din ginagawa. He rents a parking space from a condo at rada for 3k per month. Usap-usap lang sa unit/slot owner
