LTO's private manufacturer of license plates lacking materials to make new plates

Our car is almost 3 months old. Last Nov. it was registered by the dealer at LTO San Juan and they gave us the OR/CR of our car. But the LTO did not gave them plates. Since December the LTO has been sending us fax letters certifying that there are no MV plates available. We have 2 of them in the glove compartment of our car, alongside the OR/CR. I called up LTO San Juan a few days ago, and they said: "Sir pasensya na po. Wala po talagang dumadating na mga plate number sa amin ngayon. Mga nabibigay lang po namin na mga plaka ngayon yung mga narehistro nung September at October. Wag po kayo mag-alala kasi may OR/CR naman po kayo. Yung supplier po kasi namin ng plaka kulang sa materyales since September pa po, kaya di pa po kami makapagissue ng mga bagong plaka, puro OR/CR lang po"

magiging problem pa niyan ay yung uploading. Since may or cr ka na pero wala pang plate, handwritten nalang nila isusulat iyan sa or at cr. Then pag chineck mo sa database ng LTO thru text nakalagay doon no record found. Dapat follow up mo din sa san juan yung pag upload nila sa database ng plate mo. Here is the procedure sa text, type LTO Vehicle XXX123 then send to 2600

Wala pa po RFID car namin. Dapat po ay kalampagin ng media yung LTO. kasi parang nasayang yung pera na binayad ng mga bumibili ng bagong kotse sa mga casa, kasama kasi sa binabayd yung plate number fee. Dapat binibigyan nila ng pera yun private supplier nila para makapagbili ng mga materyales para sa paggawa ng mga plate number

Well, mine is also 3 months old na and also registered na (same branch) nung december pero wala pa ring plates. actually, may plates na pero wala pa sticker at hindi pa recorded sa database nila. Also. yung plate number, ako na mismo ang pumunta dun sa LTO. Tumawag ako dun dati, sabi nila may dumating na plates. Tumawag ako sa SA ko pero sabi wala pa daw. Sa isip ko, "WHA???!!! di nyo man lang tinitignan?". Payo ko lang sa TS, if you have spare time, try asking them directly. you can google it for contact number. Also, please be sure you have plenty of PATIENCE and UNDERSTANDING. Inabot ako ng 4 hrs and MARAMING pakiusap para lang makakuha. para sa akin, ang may problem is with the liason officer and not the LTO branch and dealer itself.
