Those who apply for license renewal in Taguig are required to recite a road safety litany in front of the receiving officer before processing can begin. No such thing in the satellite offices. That LTO office is stricter than most though because vehicle lights, plates, tires, and EWD are checked and signed off before registration can be renewed.

LTO DLRC in Rob Lipa also does this - I was made to recite a Tagalog road safety pledge before my application was processed (parang Step 0).
