Hind talaga pwede yan sa metro manila. Usually mga ganyan magpailaw eh yung madilim tint. Hirap pala makakita eh bakit lalo diniliman.

Although warning lang, bawal daw ang set up ng mga auxillary lights sa pickup ko: 2 fog lamps (yellow LED) at 2 white LEDs (non-blinkers & 6 bulbs each) - both are mounted on my truck's bull bar and are below the head lights; another 2 fog lamps (H3 halogen, yellow) on its roof.

Am I guilty or not? TIA
    agree with oj.
    "cover them up."
off-road driving lights are for... off-road!.
foglights are allowed, but only in places where fog is a common occurence.
also, there is a policy regarding how foglights should be mounted and aimed. low. even lower than low beam headlights.
the policy has been there for decades now. why they are not strictly enforced, is something else.

Kahit probinsya pero public road, may nanghuhuli o wala, bawal yan in principle.

Actually you're partly right... but we encounter heavy fogs in our province especially when travelling thru Dalton Pass at night. It's not off-roading but on a public road (Maharlika Highway). Anyway, like you said, cover it unless I have to use it. Mas safe sa huli. Thanks

Guilty! Aux lights should be covered on public roads. Fog lamps are aimed lower for you to see the road.
