usually ganyan naman kahit wala pang memo ini-implement na. wala ring proper dissemination ng info kung ano bawal at hindi kaya yung enforcer huli lang ng huli, yung motorista naman argue ng argue o kaya bayad na lang para wala ng argumento. mga offroad enthusiasts and alike yata humihiling ng dialogue sa LTO, sana hindi pa huli.

I mean I can support you if you add congestion to the roads with the extra length for the bike rack Extension , basta ba fit ka eh.

This is hilarious!!!

On that topic, I find it "dangerous" in such a way that the bike rack extends all the way back without illumination. I've seen some that the tail lights are partially blocked.
