    Don't know. Rusco imports them and rebadges them for sale. They legalize it by "rebuilding" it (body repair, repaint, overhaul, LHD conversion, etcetera) so it becomes a "local" car. I don't know if the same can be done with a van type... if it's a commercial van type, okay... but if it's a passenger van, that's a gray area...
