Thanks bro. Kaya pala. I was wondering if I should remove my 2019 sticker.

Any recommendations nearby QC and Taguig?

Ang style yata dyan is to either go to PETCs na wala sa LTO premise or go after lunch where usually wala nang pila.

You might want to try M2 PMVIC in Taguig. They have all in one offers and malamang mas mabilis pa ang proseso nila compared to PETCs.

Thanks JohnM for this tip!

I went to M2 PMVIC (private motor vehicle inspection center) at Taguig for the emission test and other inspection (eg EWD) required for the LTO registration renewal.

May 600 pesos service charge on top nung LTO renewal fee. 20220302_134152.jpg20220302_134750.jpg20220302_140937.jpg

What's the deal with emission test centers and their quotas? As I understand may imposed limit ang LTO to 120 vehicles per day. I feel these PETCs have preferential treatment to those who avail their emission test + insurance. This is my unfortunate case when I tried to have emission test around 7:30 am here at Las Pinas LTO/PETC. Retried again around 1:30 pm and still quota. First time I failed to register in 1 day. Can anyone confirm this shady practice by PETCs (insurance preference)? 5:00 am pa lang daw pila na sabi ng cashier. Did the extended registration for January and February-deadline vehicles caused this quota squeeze? Kawawa naman yung March walang announcement for extension.

parang nasa 60 lang yata yung capacity nila per day
