Some emissions centers and MVIS offer this. May TPL na din sila.

I availed the service from a neighbor recently. Costs around 1.5k more kesa kung ako maglalakad.

Yes ganun nga ngayon. Sa ibang emissions testing may mga fixer na one "stop shop" na. Mga 1500 nga usually markup.

Kwento ko lang. One time, may babeng nakapila yung car niya for emissions test. After obsering the car ahead of her na pinasok yung sensor sa tambutso, sabay pose ng technician para dun sa upload camera, sabi niya:

"Kuya, nakapatay yung makina nung kotse, paano ma-measure yung exhaust nun?" Everybody just smiled.

Sa BPI/MS 575 Pesos ang CTPL.
I email nila CTPL after magbayad sa gcash.

Di in-sync ang measurement sa picture taking. Nangyari na yan sa akin: measure, patay makina, lipat probe sa ibang oto, hintay, balik probe, picture, printout, alis.

My "fixer" offers me 3k all in non-appearance for car registration renewal. I ask why the price is so high and he told me that's the rate inside LTO that they need to give of course they need to earn also maybe 500 for them.

that's probably one reason why so many of these emissions testing facilities have been forced to close down.
one other reason, might be the adobe photoshopping that they do, so that even non-appearing cars get favorable emissions test results.

Puwede. Sa Pasig LTO 2 months advance car registration at license renewal ay allowed.

Kakagaling ko lang registration.
May bagong process. Ipapa create ka nila ng LTMS account for renewal. May 10 desktops sila, tapos 2 IT persons mag assist.

Emissions, CTPL, OR ang kailangan.

Sa Taguig manual pa rin. Depende pala per branch, pero this year ang tagal. It took almost the whole day e last year (December 2020) more or less 2 hrs lang. I was thinking sa end of October dadagsa pero ngayon madami na. Iba pa daw yung pila ng diesel sa gas.
