how can one do a smoke test on a non-existent costumer?

i think that's the reason why so many emissions test facilities have been suspended.
that is why we are now experiencing difficulties getting our cars tested.

Finally did MV renewal today *LTO Pasig (plate ending 7), arrived 11:30am, nakuha ko na ang OR by 12noon.

Social distancing was observed (2 seats apart), probably because they limit walk-ins to 100 per day?

Cost of Stickers printed as 0.00 on the receipt.

tpl sa labas, even sa casa, ay mga 700 kesos lang.
sa lto paligirans, 1050 kesos.
yes, you should have already your tpl with you, when you register.

parang bumili ka sa 7-11, versus bumili ka sa cash n carry.
