    pwede din yata yan.. just talk to LTO.. pag ganyan kailangan mo na pa emission at buy new TPL..

    Had the car tested and registered at the nearest MVIC. Process took 30 mins and will take five working days to get the OR back. Beats lining up at the LTO.

    Had my car's registration renewed last Friday. I was at the emission test center 7am and I had the new OR in my hands by 9am. This is at LTO Pasig and I also had a scheduled 7am slot at Greenpeace emission test center.

    Just registered sa PMVIC Manila. Mga around 30 minutes inclusive of testing and registration. Nakuha ko din naman OR after payment. They only accept online payment sa LTO. I used Gcash, BPI and UB is also available.
