    It is indeed a way of curbing abuses by "over-efficient" testing centers. There is nothing admirable about circumventing the system. The process was set up to "protect" the environment and here we have centers which conspire with some motorists to defeat the noble objectives of a smoke emission test.

    di na ba "online" ang smoke belching ngayon? dati kasi di pwede smoke belching pag down ang server kasi on the spot ang picture taking and i presume ang upload ng pic.

    +1 , for safeguarding lang ito ng business nila, 160 is for 8hours na, kaso after lunch pa lang ay tapos na ang boxing,,,he he he
