This question has been bugging my mind for quite awhile now. Do I need to register with the LTO a jetski trailer? When ever I see a jetski trailer, I always take a second look if there's a plate number, on single load trailers, I've seen none so far. On double load (or more) trailers, sometimes I see a plate number, sometimes wala din. I don't want to be flagged down the highway by a traffic warden, simply because of this infraction.

Yes, on heavy trucks, registered trailers are mandatory. How about on light-duty trailers?

    TIA.

AFAIK, kailangan registered. your trailer manufacturer has to have LTO accreditation to build trailer din.

I'd vote for registering it. Yung mga horsey trailers, registered din...

We already have a trailer, sa probinsya naman kasi walang sita sa highway. Though I 've seen many jetski trailers na walang plaka, medyo hesitant pa rin ako na gamitin dito sa Luzon. If ever, we will be towing it from Negros, via roro going here.

Any LTO link that talks about this subject?

    * Primo, yeah yung mga horsey trailers registered ... lintek naman sa haba yung mga yun. Saw one just last week, humihila Ford Excursion. :D

You could just ship it to Manila, it'll be cheaper than roro.

If it's just a one time transfer, ship nalang via cargo vessel or truck.

Bili ka nalang ng long bed pick-up; the Strada 2-door looks real nice on large mags and wide tyres.

I was fortunate enough to get a jetski for a song, a round of beer, and some peanuts.

A cousin offered to tow the trailer (with the jetski) going to Manila, for free. Since most of the time I'm here, I was planning on bringing it here. But due to the registration/trailer issue, for the moment I'm a bit hesitant. Next year nalang siguro. :D

Re: Strada ... hehe, no budget. Besides, ang hirap i-karga at ibaba ng jetski dyan.
