Ipa-renew ninyo na lang po ang inyong Philippine license... Some agencies here,- one hour lang ang renewal....

AFAIK, the basis of the IDL is your Philippine license, so the latter needs to be renewed first, before you can apply for an IDL.... Maybe the agency who issues the IDL can assist you in renewing your Philippine license..... Kailangan po ng picture sa license dahil po photo license ito....
