    ganito:
bawal ang foglights (yellow driving lights are foglights!) sa metro, except in areas that regularly have fog. heavy rains is not fog. smoke is not fog.
if you do not want to be accosted because of those foglights, you have to sheath them or cover them such that their beams will not shine thru even if they were turned on.
bakit ka hindi pa nasisita? count your blessings..
why are foglights not allowed? because they blind oncoming motorists at night, mainly because many of those who have them, do not know how to aim them. they must be aimed even lower than low beam headlights. foglights were never intended to be used when driving fast. who in his right mind would want to drive fast in the fog, anyway?

Ok lang naman ang mga lights na iyan eh. PERO!!! May ruling...

    HID... DAPAT naka-PROJECTOR ka.

Head Lights...

Make a test for yourself...at dark night
Get a chair at a level height of a car's seat. then seat on the chair fronting your vehicle 1KM apart.
Repeat procedure when the street is wet. Observe.

Pero check mo rin wind sheild mo for Glare.
And dapat naka-on aircon strictly when it rain.

perhaps 1 km is too far. maybe 100 meters and below..
btw, notice our pujs? either their lights are off, or they're at permanent hi beam..
