If the LTO were to actually require all drivers to undergo an honest-to-goodness road test (walang under the table, ha), what percentage of drivers would actually pass??

    Would you pass??

I'd pass... maybe. I mean, I passed the written test with flying colors.

I have some friends that have taken an honest-to-goodness driving exam at the LTO... pretty pathetic, really. Would be better if such exam were outsourced to driving academies.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

I think I will pass, both the written and the practical exams.

I remember some years ago, when I took the written and practical exams at the DMV in CA. It was an honest-to-goodness test. I was even complimented by the person who conducted the practical exam.....

I'd pass even with one hand tied behind my back.

I also took the written exam honestly and passed. In any case, I still think I'll pass the actual kasi sobrang sineryoso at pinaghandaan ko talaga yung pag-aaral mag-maneho.
