Eto din yung pinagisipan ko when I bought my wife our first "kami ang bumili" car. Though may space pa for a small car, sabi ko mas ok ata yung may sariling bahay muna, may nagagamit naman kami. . :D

. Bahay muna, then kotse. :D

I'm living with my parents. Solong anak so ayaw ko rin bumukod. Kasi lonely sila nagiisang anak pa naman ako hehe. Wala garage bahay namin. Nung nasa planning stage na ako ng pagbili, I alloted budget for the garage.

My city adress used to be in Makati and worked in Mandaluyong. When I transferred to Mandaluyong my place was aprox 800m from my office. That saved time/gas or transpo. Minsan nga di pa nag iinit ang makina...

My first Mandaluyong partment didnt have its own garage.. I had to park in the street for a year kama ng mga tricycle. Everytime mag a-alarm I would rush outside to see what happened. I felt my City so violated that I sold it when I moved to a new townhouse...

Now I have my own garage and have peace of mind.....

btw... maraming apartments and condos in the Manadaluyong area.. Best to be near your work than endure the commute where via your own vehicle or by public transpo...

Better buy or rent a house having parking space, then buy a car. Or else if you have parking area you should park in street. It is very awkward to park in a street.

i rent a parking space a 150mtrs away from our house, just to have a good night sleep.
hassle lang i choose to hand carry all cargoes from car to house or house to car because its even more inconvenient to drive the car inside our own street because of our neighbors parking their cars on the street, its either you enter the street nose first & drive backwards on your way out, or enter on reverse so you go out normally tsk! tsk!
