how to contest traffic violation tickets?

Nagcontest ako dati. Tanggal yung MAPA (deputized security) ng ayala. Gumagawa kasi ng violation kahit wala.

July 25 - Sa hearing, nagharap kame nung humuli sakin, may kasamang arbiter. Hindi na-resolve kagad ung issue kasi pupuntahan nalang daw nung arbiter ung lugar to check for himself.

August 2 - Kahapon nag follow-up ako (by phone), may result na daw. Talo ako, kelangan ko daw bayaran ung violation ko na illegal counterflow. Hindi ko ma-gets pano nangyari un, kasi panig sakin ung arbiter nung nagdidiscuss kame last July 25. Hindi nga matukoy ng enforcer kung saan ako nag counterflow eh, kaya pati ung arbiter inis na dun sa enforcer.

Bukas pupunta ako Makati City Hall, tignan ko kung pwede pang i-appeal.

Depende sa gaano karaming time na mawawala. Sa case ko may motor naman ako at taga Mandaluyong lang ako, so pumunta lang ako maaga hindi kelangan mag absent sa work.
Nung hearing day nga lang, late ung enforcer, kaya late rin ako nakapasok ng opisina.

Pero isipin mo rin kung nasa tama ka talaga, marami ka rin matutulungan na ibang tao, kasi magdadalawang-isip na ung enforcer gumawa ng kalokohan next time kung manalo ka sa kaso.

Akala ko nung una fair sila, kala ko nga panig sila sakin eh.
Nagulat nalang ako na talo ako sa kaso.

Bale nakapark ako dun sa same place nung silver car, along Neptune street. Nag-left ako sa intersection ng Kalayaan and Salamanca, going to Salamanca.
One way ung Neptune street, pero di naman ako nag go against the flow.

Tingin niyo mga bossing tama ba na tiketan ako ng illegal counteflow?

I don't give my license to anybody who apprehends me on the side of the road. Pwera nalang siguro kung LTO Flying Squad na talaga. Pasay Green TMO, MAPSA, MAPA, MMDA ... they're all there just to extort money from private motorists.

Derecho ako, habol sila kung gusto nila. They usually don't.

I would assume na MAPSA humuli sayo, correct? (or was it the Bel Air tanods?) nag-pupulis-pulisan lang ang mga yan. Masipag ang mga yan sa private kotse. Pero, jeep, taxi, bus ..... walang pakialam.

Money making scheme, remember the mayor is a BINAY again (poor Makati).

If you know na wala ka linabag na batas trapiko, why give your license? I just show mine, and put it on top of the dashboard for them to see it.

Security guard ng Century City hehe (pero deputized naman sila, hiningi ko ung letter eh). Hinuli ako malayo dun sa kung saan daw ako may violation, ni-radiohan lang daw siya nung kasama niya.

Nung di pa niya pinapakita ung deputization letter niya, ayaw ko rin bigay lisensya ko. Concern ko kasi kung ano pwede nilang gawin pag di ko ibigay ung lisensya eh.

Pero scam talaga ung dun sa area ng Kalayaan/Neptune/Salamanca. Nung kinocontest ko sa City Hall, nakausap ko ung isang complainant, parehas kame violation, parehas na enforcer, parehas na lugar, tapos less than 24 hours apart ung pagkahuli sa amin.

Nagulat rin ako eh, na pwede na pala manghuli mga security guards. Nagdedeputize pala ang Makati ng mga security guards para maging enforcers.

Iniisip ko rin kasi kung tama ba o mali ung takbuhan ang isang enforcer, kahit alam ko na wala akong violation.
Kaya hindi ko rin siya sinuhulan kasi sure ako dun na mali un.
