Add dyan yung paghuli sa colurom, walang helmet (rider and passenger), walang mga ilaw,(all lights), smoke belchers, walang plaka etc na violators. Luluwag ba talaga trapiko, promise.

Mabawasan kahit kunti pero dahil nadidisiplina nagmamaneho, mas maganda flow nang traffic.

actually, we already have enough laws. our problem is our lack of political will to enforce them.
