Im not sure kung tama ba tong area para sa topic na inoopen ko pero sana tama hehe.
Ask ko lang expired na yung student's license ko. Wala na bang way para ipa renew ko to as Non-Pro? Or kailangan apply uli ako new student's license? Wala naman bang multa or what? Thanks mga ka-tsikot

You have to apply for a new one again. The rule states that you you must have a valid student's permit before you could apply for a Non-Prof. Just get a new one, you may upgrade to a Non-Prof. after 30 days of issuance of your new SP or to a Prof. after 5 months.
Btw, for Non-Prof. the applicant must be at least 17 years old and 18 years old if Prof.

yup. tama. pag nag expire ang SP, kailangan kumuha ulit ng bago.... before it expires then it can be converted/applied to a NP drivers license.

Hmm inabot ka ng expire ng Student License na ang validity is 2 years?
Anyway kukuha ka ulit ng Student License... wala po penalty yan since SL nga lang. Asikasuhin mo na agad after 30 days para i apply mo ng Non Pro or Pro
