August 11th, 2015 05:33 PM #22hey guys, thank you very much sa mga advice and info.
May batas ba about this? Kase gusto nila yung mga kakilala nila na parang backyard-type lang, It seems hinde man registered yung business. Though may mga proposed talyer kami inoffer, masyado daw mahal. Kotse is a 2010 Altis. Hinde kaya kakatayin ang kotse dun? What would you advise.

Well kung ikaw ang nabangga you have the right to choose pero maganda pa rin mag reach kayo sa isang compromise taking into consideration yung situation ninyo.

Can't blame you din since expired nga license ng driver mo.
Since wala kayo formal report, wala ka hawak against him. Wala ka leverage to call the shots.
Re: the repair, wala ka na magagawa dyan kung wala ka mapipiga call it quits na lang and charge to experience unless tiwala na lang talaga na iwan mo oto dun sa shop na gusto niya.
Monetary wala ba alok sayo?

Good thing walang physical injury on both parties. Kung nag kataon, both of their cars ay ma impound. And if ever yung driver na expired or walang lisensya ang nasaktan, he may sue yung nabangga nya or naka bangga sa kanya. Physical injury will be prioritize over damage to property.

Walang seminar, walang continuing professional education requirement, walang certificate of good standing. Haha. Wala sana kayong pag aalala nung nangyari yung accident.

kunin mo yung quotation dun sa gusto nila, compare mo difference sa preferred na pagawaan mo, kung di naman malayo and price nila, just get the money and kargahin mo nalang yung dagdag bilang parusa sa sarili sa 1. expired license 2. leaving the scene without an official report.
