OKs lang naman yang EWD. I agree kailangan yan
pero sa experience ko noong araw, ginagawang raket
yan ng mga LTO Personnel. Ang gusto nila na EWD ay
yung bibilin mo sa mga ka-cosa nila sa labas ng LTO Office.
Di nila tatanggapin yung EWD mo kung di mo doon binili.
Kunwari sasabihin nila na kesyo irregular yung size,
di masyadong reflective, madumi na, etc. So ikaw naman
para di na ma-hassle ay mapipilitang bumili na lang ng EWD
doon sa labas para matapos lang ang rehistro at maka-uwi
ka na o maka-balik ka na sa ofisina...

Ganyan ka-buwaya ang mga hayop na yan. And that was
exactly the reason bakit biglang tinigil ang inspection ng EWD
a few years back. Tapos ngayon ay ibabalik nila uli???!!!
Kawawa na naman tayo...tutukain na naman tayo ng mga
buwitre sa LTO.

Its jsut the same with the fire safety inspection for my shop. Yung inspector will go to your shop then require you to buy from him yung fire extinguisher (assuming wala ka pa). Well, I was feeling "taken" so I just went out to the nearby DIY store and bought new extinguishers there. I got my fire safety permit just the same.

the thing is alam nyo naman na kailangan yan e. hindi lang naman dito sa pinas yan ginagamit, buong mundo gamit yan ewd na yan. so why complain and waste a pint of your blood cursing the lto when you could have just equipped your vehicle with 1 the day you bought it? not just 1 ewd for all your vehicles, at least 1 for each. dapat nga 2 pa e.

just 1 thing with regards to the use of ewd. not just because you have an ewd on the road and even have your hazard lights on that you are already assured of safety. you also have to make sure that you are parked in a safe place. gaya ng sabi ng isa pag nasa curve daw. aba e sir, hindi ka dapat mag-park sa curve kahit may ewd ka. dapat nasa part ka ng road na kita ka at least 100 meters both ways, and on the shoulder pa. yan eh para kita ka ng mga on-coming vehicles at maka-iwas sa iyo in time. you are the hazard kaya dapat ikaw ang umilag una di ba. tayo din ang masagasaan kung di natin i-park kotse natin sa tamang lugar noh! kahit na sabihin mo na masisira ang bagong mag wheels mo kasi flat ang gulong, hindi yan dahilan para mag-park ka sa alanganin. consider your safety and other people's safety first bago mo isipin un damage na mangyari sa car mo by going that extra 100 meters to safety. un car pwede bumili ng bago, pag ikaw ang nasagasaan saan kaya shop makakabili ng bagong ikaw? ngeeee!
