Driver's License Renewal Process?

Walang formal na application form, maliit na papel lang para isulat ang details mo like name, address, tel no. , etc kahit nasa ID mo na ang info na naka attach din dun.

wala na yatang forms.. actually can't remember.. pero parang wala naman.. ang natatandaan ko lang yung resibo don sa medical.. tapos yung doctor na din mag lo log in sa LTMS mo at ilalagay result..

My license is due for renewal next month. How to make appointment if wala pa medcert? The portal requires this to schedule an appointment.

1st, register online using the exact details on your old DL, discrepancy on names and address could cause delays.

2nd, using the online account take the exam then print the PDF results. Go to renewal tab then pay the renewal fee arnd P585(Pro)

3rd, proceed to nearest LTO to file the renewal, they will endorse you to nearby clinic for the medical exam. You have to pay for med cert arnd P600.

If you complied all the online tx before going to LTO, you basically just need to file over the counter, take medical test, accomplish the biometrics then wait for your plastic lic card to be printed. Kaya siguro 30mins kung wla msyado pila.

Another Tip, kung malabo mata mo, memorize mona yung Snellen chart up to level 8(DEFPOTEC). Goodluck and Happy Birthday

I also went to LTO after reaching the step wherein you can print your test result. There is a simple med test which is P600 to read a few letters on the wall. Got out in less than 30 minutes

Ibig sabihin ni Ass to the Secretary ay hindi nya alam na pwede dumiretso na sa test kahit hindi nag online seminar? Baka hindi nya rin alam na IQ test lang ang laman nito.

No idea ako dun sa online portal.. Nagulat lang ako na meron na pala ganun, online na mag-take ng exam pero wala pala mag-monitor to confirm yung identity..
