    may maliit na room doon kung saan test lang 'yung mata - 'yun bang may mga letra.
    doon 'yung binayaran ni misis na P100. hiwalay resibo / bayad doon.
    'yon 'yung sinasabi ko na "medical".

    sorry for the confusion,
    wala na 'yung dating medical na urine / drug test.

    just renewed my expired license kanina sa
    SM San Fernando.
    after 3months pa makukuha yung card. 😈
    793 total:
    penalty 75
    change of address 100
    medical 200
    renewal/processing fee 418

    nagtagal sa medical dahil inbutan ako ng lunch break ng doctor.
    pero LTO time is about 30mins lang.

    ok lang yang 3 months. your receipt is just as good. you can continue driving.
    and yes.. doctors are also human.. nagugutom din yan. thanks for waiting. heh heh.

    count ourselves lucky, the mandatory drug test is no more..
