    Hi guys,

I'm now in the process of buying a new truck (Isuzu NKR) and I would like to have the body builder make struts to carry pipes (PVC, Steel, etc) on the side of the aluminum body. I'm not sure what the law says about this? I've seen some contruction trucks with these kinds of setup, but also have been told by MMDA personnel that it is illegal?

Any information would really help me.

    Thanks guys.

why dont you just make it a closed van sir? i know that will have some limitations on loads.. but it safer.. and your load can be hidden safely.. my personal opinion lang.

Actually sir, the reason for the support bar is because I don't want to make a long aluminum body cause of the following reasons.

    1. Bigger body does not mean I'll load more items
    2. more difficult to drive
    3. Truck will not be balanced
