    let's say you take a kia pride, rip out the guts, and put in an electric drivetrain. how are you going to drive this around legally?

    can't do yearly emissions test, can't stencil motor #

    i have seen some of these electric vehicles. i seem to remember that they have a new, different-colored license plate.

    yep the electric "jeepneys" and probably even manny pangilinan's tesla. new vehicles, not converted
