dapat improve kasi yung mga ilaw sa poste natin para hindi na need ng HID. It seems most lamp posts require replacement na due to being end-of-life pero naka install pa din. the result? madilim ang kalye kahit madaming ilaw. LED street lamps might be better. Yun na lang install nila as replacement.
