July 16th, 2008 06:09 AM #332if i had known na ganyan pala dapat ang pagkabit ng comm plate, di na ko nagpagawa. hassle masyado! 2 times na ko nahuli dahil jan, pa-iba -iba sila ng ruling ng pagkabit. before, pwede yung plate sa ilalim ng comm plate tapos ngayon side by side naman! ano ba yun? sinong tanga gagawa nun? kalokohan!

exempted pa rin ba sa coding kahit na side by side ang kabit ng commemorative plate? may nakikita ako na nasa taas ng regular plate nakakabit yung plate. anu ba tlga ang tamang pag kabit?

it's been asked countless of times, there's no such thing as exempted from coding, unless siguro red plate ka.
taas, baba, kaliwa o kanan...iba-iba, check na lang latest memorandum na posted previously. ang importante, hindi pinapatungan yong regular plate.
no sense na talaga kumuha ng commemorative plate ngayon, hassle lang. IMO.

meron pa po bang commemorative plate sa ngayon? san makakakuha at magkakano pricing nila? sa mga meron neto .. iwas huli ba o takaw huli? tnx

I heard on the radio(Anthony Taberna's program) that there's a new memo recently released by the LTO about commemorative plate. The memo allows super-imposing the commemorative plate on top of the regular plate. Not above, not below, not on the side, but on top(covers the regular plate). The memo was release April 2009. Forgot the memorandum number. Anybody knows about it?

I've used Stainz Out and Stain Guard from Glaz (Microtex) but I noticed it made my windshield form...
