The main root cause why there are clearing operations of the illegal parking/hawking on the street is due to traffic congestion in the city. Small percentage lang yung mga may kaya na naka-illegal parking. Once ma-clear nila sa umaga yung street, bumabalik pa din yung mga illegal vendors at mga vehicles pag wala na yung mga MMDA at I-ACT. And the ball keeps rolling. The solution, decongest MM. Develop Clark, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and other major provinces. Once, those areas are developed, many will move out from MM and go to those areas. It may take half a decade but it's better for Manilenios. Let us support that move.
