If mapapasa yan pano nila implement yan haha almost private car is tinted so their is no way makikita un loob alangan parahin isa isa para silipin haha

dapat para sa lahat as in: lahat na sasakyan tricycle, trisikad, motorsiklo etc..

I don't know if there is a law against children backriding in motorcycles but if there is none, would this law address that? I still see a lot of motorcycle riders with children riding with them. Worse are infants being carried by the backriding mother. I get horrified everytime I see one.

Bill pa lang din. Bakit ba hindi nila iconsolidate ito? Bakit hindi pagisipan mabuti ang objective? Para lang ba masabi na nakapag propose ng bill at may maipagyabang?
