you mean i can go to any LTO office sir? any idea on how much the cost will be and how long will the process take until i get the new plate (with the same numbers of course)? tx

cguro kahit saang LTO pde...tutal online na sila. sa cost naman, nde ko cgurado, pero before arnound 1600 yan. cguro ngayn mga 2k+. pero at least yung rizal type na plates na ibibigay syo

The "official" fee (yung lalabas sa OR) is only PhP479.06....at least that's what's on my OR. Pero mabusisi since you have to get various clearances, specially if they're lost plates.

BTW, you'll only get the "D" stamped on the new plates kung wala kang old plates to turn in. Kung meron, walang "D" na ilalagay sa plates mo.

AFAIK, you can't change plate but there is still a slight possibility. You need an insider and lots of money. Why not get a vanity plate.

Before, changing plates was possible by just making a "strong" affidavit why (i.e. life is in threat, etc) But from my knowledge, di na pwede ngayon..... well, if you don't have the connection and tons of cash.

Again, wala naman atang imposible dito sa Pilipinas basta may pera ka.

Magtatanong lang if may nakakaalam,
pag magpapalit ng plate number (plate only),
ang ibibigay ba ng LTO sakin is the rizal plate theme na agad?
or pwede padin ba ako magsabi na yung previous design nalang (green and white) ang gusto ko ulit design nung plate.
