August 19th, 2015 08:22 AM #1We are non-diplomats who is buying a car from a diplomat. It is still on a diplomatic plate.
Should the diplomat pay all the taxes stuff first or can we do it?
Diplomat will be leaving the country kasi by September 1st and their party says they will lower the selling price so we can take care of it all
Advice please? Thanks in advance
