    I believe there was a time when they only accepted college-level new applicants. I don't know if this is still true, but their hold-over personnel from before even inlcluded MM aide street cleaners.

    But as an afterthought, mukhang honest yung officer. Tinuluyang tiketan yung driver eh.

    Or bagito at idealistic pa? or hindi sila nagkasundo sa lagay? or talagang tapat sya sa trabaho nya?
