    The blue-colored "8" plate was the old protocol plate used by congress (around late 90's). Marami pa din akong nakikita nyan, especially sa school namin.

    I dont think that it was the Congressmans car. It was a Getz and no escort.
    These "8" plates are quite common. I even spotted it on a AE101 Corolla XE and pizza-pie Lancer GLXi. In both cases, they had their regular plates at the back.

    bawal na yun.. pwede lang gamitin yung 8 plates during their incumbency... kaya nga yung mga nilalabas na 8 plates ng lto ngayon may district na at term year na nakalagay...

    Yung blue numbered na plates, diplomat cars po yan... They usually have 4 or 5 digits sa plates nila. Pero kapag number "8" naman, member ng Congress yan.

    I saw a 350z at The Fort na may plate number din na 8 dati.
    Madali lang naman bumili niyan eh. May gumagawa ng mga yan na fake. Lakasan lang ng loob yan kapag nakaganyan ka hehe.
