Just to be precise, the vehicle reduction scheme in Baguio is a NUMBER coding scheme, not a COLOR coding scheme as this thread is titled. This scheme is the same as the "coding" in manila, and is based on the last digit of the license plate. It is true that the coding is suspended until June 15, 2007, but this applies to private vehicles only. PUVs are still subject to the coding scheme. This scheme does not apply to the whole area of baguio city, but only to the so-called Central Business District. This would encompass the roads around Session road, magsaysay avenue, harrison road and abanao street.

yup! oviously, hindi naman alam ng mga TMG kung tourista ka dito sa Baguio.. pag coding oto mo, huli ka. no questions ask. and hindi naman lahat ng place dito sa baguio coding. just within the vicinity where traffic merge. non-coding to private vehicles is moved until june 15 to give way to tourist from different provinces. para ma enjoy nyo din vacation nyo without worrying.
