Honestly... medyo disappointed ako sa local banks and insurance companies...

    Private companies yung banks/insurance natin.

Sana nung lumabas yung Grab at Uber locally, naglabas kagad sila ng guidelines na kapag loan yung sasakyan, magbabago rates/term/insurance kapag gamitin for App based transport.
(same rule kapag naka-loan yung car tapos ginamit as Taxi or Hotel/Airport Transport or Rental car)

    Ganun din sa insurance...

    Since technically, "public transport" sila

TNVS are not public vehicles, they are private even in other countries. In the PH, the LTFRB constantly changes the rules and regulation.

Plus, there is no law for TNVS yet.
There is a lot of potential in this new technology that gives the most convenient mode of transportation that the governemnt or any private can offer.
Here in Malaysia, Grab is being regulated by the Malaysian Authorities.

grab and uber should not dwell with bank loan conditions. hindi nila trabaho yan.

but the problem lies in the car buyers. they intentionally do not inform the banks, that the vehicle is to be used for public conveyance, so's they not get slapped with more expensive premiums.

grab (nee uber) have evolved far beyond their original job description.
and i blame our government agency folks, for allowing it.

Agree ako... But if a car is used as a Taxi, available ang safe guards ng banks+insurance para ma-adjust and rates/term/value nya

Same with Honda...

Grab operators deliberately hid this info from banks. Si Grab naman, tanggap ng tanggap.

But that's the price of a first mover. Say sorry later.

    honga.

Currently you can do whatever you want to your honda vehicles. Kung ayaw nila buy back nila triple the price. Saka binayaran mo pera mo ginamit wala na pakialam honda kung ano gusto mo gawin.

They can only refuse service.
