the government should appoint an IT guy to handle the traffic mess.

Big PUV companies are owned by law makers; so law makers will not blame themselves. This is convenient for them because they can just buy another car, that is, if they dont have one. Also, it will look like they are doing something no matter how stupid this proposal is. However, it is a different situation when the presidnt is actually considering this one. AFAIK, he does not own any bus lines. IMHO, if Pnoy really approves this then I will really believe the tsismis that he has a mental problem or a low IQ.

Just drop a nuke on Manila and start over from scratch. Nothing short of a total disaster will work because trying to implement a solution will please one side and piss off the other side.

IT cant do sh1t when the system owner doesnt want to cooperate, or is a PITA to deal with. Unfortunately, the government falls under this description.

At least kung motor, singit to the max nalang gagawin ko.

ah yes... signs of desperation coupled with lack of creativity.
a favorite character of mine says, "there are always possibilities".. and his equally illustrious friend, says, "there is always another way"..

BTW, is our leader on the car manufacturers' payroll?
