Ok lang sa akin odd-even scheme, provided that yung kababagsakan ng madi-displace from driving to commute eh hindi impyerno, tulad ng MRT.

Just this morning in Sucat Road at the intersection with San Antonio (Valley) Ave.,- near Jaka, around 6:15AM....

Three lanes going towards SLEX..... Two lanes being occupied by PUJs picking up passengers... Worst, the lone lane left to cross the intersection is partially blocked by these PUJs.

Iyong mga bob*ng traffic enforcers ng Paranaque,- looking at the other direction,- unmindful (they do not care) that the intersection is practically being blocked by these PUJs,- and so vehicles are crawling to cross the intersection vs. the traffic light....

imho, the odd-even scheme will not work.... people will buy second hand cars again, so they can choose the ending plates of their vehicles... tatambak lalo ang mga sasakyan sa kalsada. i for one, will need another one... (First vehicle is 2, second vehicle is 6 and third vehicle is 8), puro even numbers. so yung tatlong sasakyan, di magagamit.... kailangan ng isa pa panghatid sa bata, kay misis and pag punta ko sa trabaho.... so instead of having 3 cars, madadagdagan.... magiging 4. heck, i cannot go to makati, from las pinas, wearing a barong, riding a Suzuki GSXR-400..... pawisan na ko nun, wala pa namang shower room sa office. commuting from Las Pinas to Makati, will take me around 2-3 hours..... ubos oras..... kung may magandang LRT line lang sana, lets say from Zapote to Makati, pwedeng tsagaan. (parang sa Japan, sa Singapore or sa Hongkong).

this government only uses temporary fixes.... walang vision.
what needs to be done is:

    a. establish new infrastructure.
    b. improve mass transit
    c. strict enforcement of traffic regulations.
    d. improve existing roads.
    e. assume accountability and leadership..... the leader should be someone without political ambitions.

    just a rabid thought...
the government should appoint an IT guy to handle the traffic mess.

An IT guy wouldn't do well.

i attended a networking seminar once, and the speaker referred to the 8th layer protocol(7 lang dapat). Yan daw ang pinakamahirap ayusin.

    8th layer = politics :p

    Hahaha!

For the first time, I beg to disagree with you, dear bro.

Kapag IT at nagkaroon ng kaunting aberya,

    And unang sasabihin,

    "I-REBOOT MO LANG!" :hysterical:

    Yari tayo riyan!
