January 21st, 2021 07:51 PM #51need daw mag test with both tire roller pag 4wd or AWD vehicle..

January 21st, 2021 08:03 PM #52Pag AWD yung axle that's not being tested kelangan nakapatong din sa rollers. Problema yung machine ng MVIC doesn't have adjustable rollers like pang dyno, so at best they'll need to use those portable ones na parang dollies.
Check out this picture.
The way the rollers are, there's no way to allow the non-tested axle to freewheel.
This is how AWD vehicles should be tested:

655dB! Labo naman that is obviously equipment malfunction, otherwise patay na silang lahat dun sa loob ng MVIC testing center. Hindi na dapat pinaabot yun sa papel and immediate re-test na.

January 21st, 2021 08:42 PM #57Nice getting the cleaner copy of the report.
Wow! 600+ db. Hindi kaya manual encoding ito onto the report na mag "auto flag" on that database if less than or greater than ng baseline siya to indicate the pass or fail then?
"Nuclear explosions are amongst loudest phenomena on Earth. Their loudness ranges roughly from 240 dB to over 280 dB. Only the big volcanic eruptions are louder. Explosion of the biggest bomb ever tried was heard at a distance of about 1000 km." (from Google search)
Duda naman ako na "kaya" ng meter nila sumukat ng 600+ db for no reason na any rational testing would never reach.

January 21st, 2021 08:59 PM #59Actually may nabasa ako before na parang the upper limit to "sound" on Earth (1 atmosphere) is about 194dB. Any higher and it's not sound anymore and becomes a shock/blast wave.
