    kung ginagawa lang ng LTO yung trabaho nila.. strict visual inspection will suffice na.

    kung seryoso ang LTO, unahin nila yung government owned vehicles at PUVs...

    ang una namang plano talaga ay i-implement yang automated MVIS sa public utility vehicles as phase one. di ko alam kung bakit biglang bumaliktad ang mundo at nauna ang "phase 2".

    ok lang naman kung kaya nila isabay sabay na lahat ng sectors sa MVIS in pursuit of safety pero naintindihan ko din may limitation ang LTO. problem lang kung ang bagsak ay ningas kugon at mauwi ito to nothing more than an income generating excercise at the expense of private vehicle owners.

    Source of corruption. Dagdag hirap sa car owner. Matutulad lang yan sa smoke emissions test nila. Madami aksidente either lasing o naka drugs mga driver.

    Labo nga nun. BF Goodrich and Michelin warranty their tires up to 6 years from date of purchase. So under warranty pa nga sa manufacturer eh expired na sa MVIS. IMO "expired" should be at least 10 years.
