kung seryoso ang LTO, unahin nila yung government owned vehicles at PUVs...

August 24th, 2021 05:06 PM #503ang una namang plano talaga ay i-implement yang automated MVIS sa public utility vehicles as phase one. di ko alam kung bakit biglang bumaliktad ang mundo at nauna ang "phase 2".
ok lang naman kung kaya nila isabay sabay na lahat ng sectors sa MVIS in pursuit of safety pero naintindihan ko din may limitation ang LTO. problem lang kung ang bagsak ay ningas kugon at mauwi ito to nothing more than an income generating excercise at the expense of private vehicle owners.
